We enjoyed your lovely wine with our delicious dinner at R'evolution.
The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Eternity exhibits an opaque purple color as well as abundant notes of licorice, incense, forest floor, and a boatload of black and blue fruits. This full-bodied, stunning blend of 91.1% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and 8.9% Estate Petit Verdot will benefit from another 2-3 years of cellaring, and should keep for 25-30 years thereafter.More Info
We had some special friends over for dinner on Thursday. We prepared short ribs in a French style. We then compared the 1998 CC (it’s the oldest CC I have) vs. a 1990 Margaux. One of our guests fancies himself as a French wine kind of guy. I prefer American Cab, but I do appreciate a great Margaux. Both wines were fantastic, but everyone agreed that the best was the Clark-Claudon. It was really obvious. Thought you should know!! (but then I bet you already did).
